Love this program! I really enjoyed what I saw in the Movement Athlete because I could see the linear progression of how this skill belt to this skill – built this skill.I also like that I don’t have to think about programming, it does everything for me including the warmup and the cooldown. Since I’ve started, I’m obviously seeing a lot of strength & mobility improvements, I’m seeing a lot of progression and I’m feeling more confident and more aware of my body.
