I am Ian Clark and this is my story.
I am a neuromuscular massage therapist. And once I learned about soft tissue damage and healing, repetitive stress injuries, the foundations of muscle science, etc., I really started to get serious about fully balanced workouts that supplement pre-existing muscular imbalances and focus on form and control.

Rocco is a former Cirque Polynesia & Cirque Dreams acrobat, and the owner of Gravity Entertains. He has extensive experience in movement science and has a National Academy of Sports Medicine certification. He also has 8 years of experience in martial arts.
After a career in performance he passionately wants to bring movement disciplines to the masses. Follow him on Instagram.
As a coach and an athlete, Becky has spent 26 years involved in the sport of gymnastics. She was a level 10 and college gymnast, who found a passion in teaching others. She spent a decade as the head coach of competitive team programs and produced State, Regional and National champions.
She is USA Gymnastics Safety Certified.
Morzonov is a pro street workout athlete and trainer. He has won a number of gymnastics competitions including the silver medal of the Moscow competition in 2013 and 2014.

Do I need any equipment?
TMA is primary a bodyweight strength training that is rooted in calisthenics and gymnastics training. You don’t need any equipment to get started and for each session you can pick equipment available. Although you can do your workouts anytime anywhere, we do recommend to purchase u pull up bar or gymnastic rings to perform all the pulling movements. Pulling is a fundamental skills that is important for a holistic body development.

The program is build based on principles of progressive bodyweight strength training. When you join you will be asked to take the assessment that will help us understand where are you on your own personal journey and what is your level of strength, mobility and flexibility.
