I was really attracted to the (TMA) programming being so broken down incrementally to where you could find yourself no matter what your level of training or experience or fitness was, you could find yourself on that chain of progression from day one, square one, complete beginner, all the way to being able to do high-level expert, calisthenics moves.

It's (The Movement Athlete) been a really good companion to have with me on my journey through healing these injuries.
