The skill has been around for quite some time. In the past, not a lot of people can do a handstand, but now, a lot has progressed in the skill.

It was usually found in gymnastics, circus, yoga, breakdance, martial arts, acrobats, but now you can finally do it in your own home even without having any mentioned background.

You treat the handstand as an exercise that can help you improve your fitness while making you look like a badass at the same time.
