It has been just more than a week of using the app. I've already seen a couple of improvements.

I actually turned to the Movement Athlete app and although I was in pain decided to fully commit to it again, even more so than before. It has been the ONLY thing that has helped. Every day the pain has lessened and my situation is improving..
The stories were inspiring: people who had had injuries, struggles in life, disappointments, and pain and were sometimes also a bit older, like me
Jordan didn’t let any limitations of the COVID-19 situation stop him from improving his health and fitness. With calisthenics and TMA, he’s continuously mastering his body in the comforts of his own home.
