1. ASSESS WHERE YOU ARE
Especially if you can’t do a pull up just yet, it’s important to see where are you on your journey towards a pull-up.
At Movement Athlete Academy we break each skill into the smallest steps possible, guiding you coaching so you can build real-life strength while conditioning your nervous system and building your mobility and skill (aka. building an invincible body for years to come)
Find a pull-up progression and simply assess which step you can do at the mastery level. It might take some trying but it’s important that whatever level you chose – you are comfortable doing all the reps (eg 3×8 reps).
