DAY 6: LYING BACK AND STANDING

 

TODAY YOU WILL LEARN:

Lying on back is a more advanced way to practice the shape. And then we will take that shape to a weight bearing position.

Get your hands to the wall with straight legs and holding for 20 seconds. Hold for 30 seconds in a straight line.
